Bookings
Bookings are confirmed after customer details, product availability and payment or booking confirmation are completed.
Rental items
Rental products must be returned in the same condition. Damage, missing items or late return may result in deductions from the security deposit.
Food and retail items
Food, drinks and retail items are subject to availability. Orders should be checked at the time of delivery.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery and pickup availability may depend on location, time slot and order type. Additional charges may apply based on area and service requirement.
Cancellation and refund
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on order status, preparation, delivery assignment and rental booking confirmation.
