Islandwale is a service operated by Blair Bazaar. By using Islandwale, placing an order, or renting items from us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Service operator
For these terms, "Islandwale", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the Islandwale service operated by Blair Bazaar. Blair Bazaar is responsible for operating the service, customer support, order handling, and related policies.
2. Service use
Islandwale provides delivery of selected food, shop products, and rental items within active service areas. Customers must provide accurate order, contact, address, and pickup details.
3. Order confirmation
- An order is confirmed only after payment and system confirmation.
- Availability, delivery slots, prices, and charges may change before checkout.
- We may contact you if an item becomes unavailable or an address cannot be serviced.
4. Delivery and handover
Customers must be reachable during the delivery window. If the customer is unavailable, delivery may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled depending on the order stage and product type.
5. Rentals and security deposit
- Rental items must be used responsibly and returned in usable condition.
- Security deposits are collected for eligible rental items and may be adjusted for damage, missing items, misuse, or late return.
- Customers are responsible for the rented item from delivery handover until pickup handover.
6. Food safety and consumables
Food and perishable items should be consumed within a safe time after delivery. Food, drinks, ice, and disposables are generally not returnable after delivery unless a verified issue is reported immediately.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation eligibility depends on order status, preparation stage, dispatch status, and product type. Approved refunds are processed after review and may take time depending on bank, UPI, or payment gateway timelines.
8. Safety and liability
Customers must use rental items safely, especially equipment involving heat, sharp edges, glass, electricity, or outdoor use. Islandwale is not responsible for injury or loss caused by misuse, unsafe handling, or use against instructions.
9. Changes and jurisdiction
Blair Bazaar may update these terms when required. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sri Vijay Puram, Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
