Islandwale is a service operated by Blair Bazaar. Find clear answers about ordering, delivery, rental deposits, pickup, cancellations, and refunds.
We deliver within selected service areas of Sri Vijay Puram. During checkout, choose your area from the available list. If your location is outside our active route, please contact support before placing the order.
Rental items may require a refundable security deposit. The deposit is collected at delivery by cash or UPI and is refunded after pickup once the item is checked and found in acceptable condition.
Contact support as early as possible. We will try to help if your order has not already been dispatched and the new address or time is serviceable.
Orders can be cancelled only before they move into dispatch or active service status. Food items, custom preparation, and last-minute cancellation requests may not be fully refundable.
Our team checks returned rental items. If an item is missing, broken, burnt, or unusable beyond normal wear, the repair or replacement amount may be deducted from the security deposit.
Eligible order refunds are processed after review. Security deposit refunds are processed after pickup and inspection. Bank or payment provider timelines may vary.
